Hatha Yoga - is a large category of yoga styles involving asana, physical poses, and pranayama, breathing techniques.
Hatha Yoga with Reiki - This is a Hatha yoga class, with attention on breath and movement, where reiki is also incorporated, but only if agreed by the particular student. Reiki is given to the students as they practice to create a deeper mind, body, and energy connection.
Restorative Yoga - Restorative Yoga is a slow paced, calming class to center your mind and body. Poses are held for several minutes to allow muscles and connective tissues to relax completely
Chair Yoga - Chair yoga is gentle movement through poses where you use your chair for support and stability
Teen Yoga - Yoga and mindfulness allows teens to relax and restore. It helps regulate sleep patterns, manage emotions, build self-esteem, enhance focus, and relieve stress. Students will learn poses, meditations, and breathing techniques they can utilize off the mat.
Meditation – also known as dhyana, is a state of unforced concentration. Guided meditation practices lead to a tranquil mental state and refreshed physical state. Empower yourself with this invaluable practice.
Pranayama – are breathing techniques, which are the single most important aspect of the practice of Yoga. If you need more energy, more tranquility, more warmth, more cooling, more focus and mental clarity, then there’s a breath for that.
